Directed by Sonya Kanevskaia, 'Talkies' tells the story of a fading Hollywood Star during the transition between from silent films to 'talkies'. I thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with writing in the traditional 'old hollywood' orchestral style and was lucky enough to have my music to the film played live at the Guildhall 2025 Film Music Showcase with the Guildhall Session Orchestra.
